Customer/client relationship management (CRM) refers to technology used for managing all your relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. A CRM system helps you get insights so you can stay connected to customers with targeted marketing, streamline processes, and improve profitability.
CRM automation is a method of automating necessary but repetitive, manual tasks in your funnels and pipeline to streamline processes, improve productivity and provide great client onboarding. Automation of a CRM can encompass a range of functions across marketing, sales and service activities.
The goal of a good client onboarding process is to ensure that both you and the client are on the same page in terms of deliverables, expectations, and so on. A properly onboarded client understands the value of your services, knows the project’s timeline, and is confident that you’re going to deliver, and to a high standard.
